Severe Weather Policy

With all the nasty weather on Monday, I was shocked to hear that there was a game in all that (U12B I think). Anyway, it got me thinking about what the club's severe weather policy is.

Anyone know?

We don't currently have a formal severe weather policy, but considering the seriousness of potential outcomes in the event of severe weather, perhaps we should adopt one. The current policy is for the Board Member on Duty to make a decision whether the fields are open or closed throughout the day on game days. This person has television, radio and internet access to help in making this decision. As for non game days, it is generally left to the coach to make the decision.
